Our goal is to go above and beyond for our residents and ensure you have all the information you need to settle in and enjoy your new apartment in Newark. Here, you’ll find details on rent payment, maintenance requests, our pet policy, and property management.

Log in through the Resident Portal to pay rent online, fast and easy. 

Please submit a work order through the Resident Portal in the event that your apartment needs to be serviced. Please be as detailed as possible to help us expedite the maintenance process.

Salem Village is a pet-friendly community. The current pet policy is a maximum of 2 pets. A pet deposit of $500.00 for the first pet AND a pet deposit of $500.00 for the second pet.
